We ship most orders within two business days via USPS or UPS, and packages generally arrive at the destination 1-5 days after shipping. Orders containing undiluted essential oils will ship Ground and are expected to arrive at the destination 2-8 days after shipping. Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS International.

We work hard to make sure you are happy with all our products. For many of our products, we offer sample sizes at reasonable prices. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for either a full product refund or for an exchange for something else. Returned or exchanged products must be unused and in the condition you received them in order to receive full value. We cannot accept used products for return. We gladly refund or allow exchange value of the original cost of the item returned, however we do not cover the shipping costs associated with returns. For items requiring new packaging, a restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from the return value. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. Please include your order number with your return and allow us 10 business days to process your return.

The packaging peanuts, paper, and air pillows we use are recycled from shipments of supplies we receive.
